Guess What I've Got?

Guess what's hiding (mostly) behind that carrot?

2 teeth!
They popped out around Aug 3rd, 2008.

Suddenly the biter biscuit attacked.

Happy 3rd Birthday, Rhodes Estill

Look at his face; he is smiling so much that he almost can't blow out his candles.

U. Justin coached him.
Baby Cash slept through most of the night. He woke only to be tormented by the sight and smell of cookies.
We all laughed our silly heads off playing Elefun; Rhodes loved it!
We sang Happy Birthday about 20 times and continued to do so for about 2 weeks.

He had a pretty terrifc day playing in the sprinkler, playing games, wearing his cape, eating pizza and a ton of cookies, and simply be the center of attention.

A Favorite Pastime

Rhodes loves to ride the merry-go-round. He LOVES animals -especially safari and farm animals. So when we ride he favors the
tiger, lion, ostrich, cat and pig.

RE Riding in Good Company

What do you suppose...

What do you suppose Cash is thinking right then? I think he's saying,
"Look, Mom, I've charmed another one into
feeding me."

Cool Pool (literally)

U. Justin gave RE this pool for 4th of July. As you can see, Rhodes jumped right in.

He was tickled with the tree canopy.
The fun however was short-lived due to the frigid temperature of the water...his little lips were blue.

Cash and Caroline

Cash is really fond of Caroline; she makes him laugh.

He's Havin' a Swingin' Good Time!

One of the cool things about a baby is that their emotions are so real. Obviously baby Cash is in a state of utter delight thanks to the swing Jojo (g.ma Charla) set up for her boys.

Buddies

Rhodes really loves his U. Justin. He thanks God almost every night for Justin; of course he also thanks Him for the lion, ostrich, dinosaur and others. :)

First Time to the Pool for Cash

First Baby Cash got lathered down in sunscreen.

Then his Auntie and Uncle gave him a pep talk.

He loved the water...he kicked his little legs and splashed.
His dad swam with him for an hour before both tuckered out.

We Owe it to the Camera Timer.

None of us could have posed more naturally if we tried and it's all thanks to the use of the camera timer. For those who don't know, that's my mom, dad and brother in the photo with me and the boys.

Fun with Pop-Eeez

Rhodes calls his Grandpa Phil: Pop-Eeez. Whenever he sees a bulldozer (the picture is of a back-hoe) he asks about Pop-Eeez.

Brothers

Sometimes I can't decide which picture I like the best so I just upload them all.

Truck Rides

This is our favorite form of family entertainment; we cruise around checking cows, finding turtles, spotting deer and the occasional baby ostrich (really a blue heron).

Rhodes always has a bag of apples, crackers or, his favorite, cheetos.

Baby Cash is always so happy to be along for the ride (story of his life). He keeps a keen eye on his brother and loves watching the world pass him by. The photo is of him sitting on my lap watching me via the vanity mirror.
